Capital Cellular was founded by two Canadians who believed that consumers deserved a better experience. Both in the mobile repair industry and the pre-owned smartphone / tablet market. With our convenient onsite mobile repair service, and our like new pre-owned devices with 90 day warranty, we have achieved just that.
