How Capital Cellular is Responding

To all our valued customers,

 

We understand that we are in difficult and uncertain times with the on-going COVID-19 situation. Our thoughts and prayers go to all families, friends and people affected by this situation worldwide. Being a mobile repair company, we will continue to operate and service the area. We understand that most of you are unable to go outside and may require repairs to your mobile devices to stay connected.

 

We at Capital Cellular will be maintaining our regular hours and continue to offer products and services during the COVID-19 situation.

 

We want our customers to be confident that we have taken all the necessary steps in order to keep you and your loved ones safe. 

 

Capital Cellular has implemented the following to ensure that:

 

  • All employees are required to wash and/or sanitize hands before and after dealing with any mobile devices and parts.

 

  • Employees will be wearing a face mask and gloves to handle customer devices at all times and will be maintaining a safe distance when greeting customers. (No handshakes and other physical contact)

 

  • Servicing truck work areas will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes after every completed repair and a full wipe down of the drivers area will be done at the end of the day.

 

During this unsettling time, we assure all of you that our team at Capital Cellular is doing their best to deliver our services in the safest way possible.
