Policies & Warranty
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours. Due to shipping logistics, orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In cases where we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this should occur, you will be notified immediately.
No Extra Fees
We are a Canadian company and only ship within Canada. There are no extra fees or duties for you to worry about!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
This policy is valid for 7 days from the day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the same condition that it was received (i.e. no deep scratches, physical damage, or liquid damage). The device must also include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories that came with the device.
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the reason for return and the order number in the email. Your request will be processed within one business day.
Once the device is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email with the results of your return request.
If you are approved a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only exchange devices if they are defective and unrepairable within the warranty period. If you need to file a warranty claim, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return a device, you must use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to shipping logistics, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping.
Each certified pre-owned device comes with a 90 day warranty against any defects. This warranty covers anything that can go wrong with your device (i.e. screen stops responding to touch commands). This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action by you, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, liquid damage, improper use, operation outside of design limits, improper repair, or modification. This warranty is VOID if your device shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside the control of Capital Cellular. The warranty is also VOID if customer performs any software modifications not limited to downloading unauthorized or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify the software.
To initiate a claim, please ensure the device does not have any liquid, or physical damage. Contact us at email@example.com to receive a return shipping label. You will not be required to pay for return shipping costs for in-warranty repairs.
Mobile Device Repair
All of our repairs are performed by expert technicians using original / OEM and premium parts. We back each repair with a one-year warranty against any manufacturer defects. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action by you, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, liquid damage, improper use, operation outside of design limits, improper repair, or modification. This warranty is VOID if your device shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside the control of Capital Cellular.
